Duterte's Devou Death Squad

In 1997, the devou death squad was tied to around 65 deaths. By 2015, they would be tied to well over a thousand deaths. Several of these killers have now come forward to confirm that Rodrigo Duterte organized them. Their signature weapon was a 45 caliber handgun used by the US in World War I and II. They were often found with their faces wrapped in masking tape or handwritten signs hung around their necks.
