The Role of Catholic School Teachers in the Catechism Ministry

A teacher who verbally, physically or emotionally abuses his students should be terminated immediately. But every employee of a Catholic school has a responsibility to strengthen the faith of Catholic students and evangelize non-Catholic students. Even those who teach non-religious subjects share in the mission of Catechism through their personal conduct. Teachers' lifestyle and character are as important as professional credentials.
