The Supply Side of an Election Is Information.
Survey finds political campaigning is not different from previous elections. Time window of gap between two elections does not change the degree of information flow, says professor. If party salients are constrained then they may try to supply greater information in order to increase party salience. But that doesn't seem to be happening according to survey evidence.
