Tottenham's academy is quite new we're in our third season now really compared to you know your Arsenal's Chelsea's who had their academy system set up a lot longer. We start from our under 21 so I'll start from the top so it's under 16 so under 21 so that's our academy and they play alongside your man United's Chelsea's man's every WSL team has an academy league and they play on Wednesdays. From next season it will be even more of a commitment they'll then be training four times a week we already put in an extra match for them at the weekend just to get that physicality for them and get ready for women's football.
