Is It Possible to Change the Value of an Empire Property?

I probably need to understand a little bit more of the context there, but the ability to change and update your values that your reactive values are really not a lot different than how you would change your regular int. You can opt in to making a change to a property without changing the state, but that's an optional parameter and by default you can't, can't do that by accident.
