I Think It Was a Very Fair Process, Right?
When I sat on the E7 promotion board up in Indianapolis, I thought that was going to be the most miserable time of my life. And it probably was, but I learned a ton. The only group that was consistently high across the military were people that were Hispanic. That's not a surprise to me because every Hispanic dude that I ever worked with was like the square away guy.
