The Importance of Intermittent Exercise for Type 2 Diabetes

There's some pretty interesting stuff coming out that you can get really you know increases of VO2 max and all sorts of things but within these four six second sort of sprints yeah yeah. Some ed coils recent work is showing exactly that so i think right now the the global evidence from meta analyses would suggest there's no clear winner one way or the other with the traditional moderate or the intense intervals. I don't think that's been born out yet on large-scale studies which really need to be done well yes.
