Is There a Certain Price Point for Rep and Warranty Insurance?
If you keep it under the rug so that you don't have it till after close, then you can clear a claim. The claims process is such that you have to provide evidence that you will not aware of it. So I'm sure somewhere along the process, we'll figure out that buyer knew about it or buyer was aware of the claim. But yeah, I would think the circumstances of something like that happening would be very less.
