H and R block president jeff jones talks to us about the state of the U.S. consumer. He says that consumers are worried, but also resilient in doing whatever it takes to get by. The firm is raising its forecast for full year earnings after a strong third quarter. It's one of the first times we've been able to raise our revenue guidance in many years.
