The Supply Chain vs Existing Home Sellers
The last new homesales report had ten point nine months of monthly supply. I think, off the top of my head is about two point five, four months that o haven't even started yet. If you look at the housing completion did, it's one of the saddest charts i've ever seen in my life. It's gone nowhere for years, and it's just not a a. Its just not getting to places we want.
