The FBI Stolen the Decryption Key for the Qaseya Ransomware Attack

The FBI stole at least a thousand decryption keys that they then passed on to at least 336 victims. They claim that that prevented them from paying $130 million in ransom and ransoms. And I think what's interesting about that is it's a very big difference from how the FBI responded when they had the decryption key for the Qaseya ransomware attack. The US government has the decrypted, but the FBI was holding on to it because they wanted to use it in their investigative purposes.
