cold core is a command line bicking wallet. It's by james o'burn and it supports harder wallets, such as the zero point three one relis. You can set your fee rate and some r pc fixes. So this is a dirty wallet with a dirty up date. It's a great wallet. Somebody should check it outand let us know.
