The Importance of Inequality in Political Behavior

I don't think much about inequality because I don't think it matters very much to people's political behavior what does matter and what's driving the bus here is insecurity. We talk a lot about the fact that insecurity has been transferred from the democratic state to individuals over the last you know 40 years basically since the 80s. Even when people are objectively more secure than for example they are in the United States they're much less secure than they expected to be, he says.
