The Importance of Purpose
There's a myth that success stays the same over over your lifetime. I've just written this book about how you know I'm really turning my back on so many traditional versions of success or at least I'm trying to rebel against some of the stuff that I feel made me unhappy. Who knows what my definition of success will be in the next few decades who knows where I might end up. Having a sort of a growth mindset towards aging actually adds about seven and a half years of life to your life according to Becca Levy.
