Someone at every hospital knows where the money is spent. Find that person and they will have better data than you. There's also someone at every hospital that knows which D.R.Gs are the least reimbursed or most likely to get kicked back. And I found that to be very helpful for stewardship work because often they're infectious related diagnosis codes like skin and soft tissue infections.
