A huge increase in testosterone and growth hormone in general comes from doing an ice bath or a cooling session before training. You want to be avoiding, that's I guess that's the main benefit of icing the balls directly rather than icing the whole body post-workout. So it makes sense to obviously like utilize cold therapy pre-workout to get that nor open efferent spike, the dopamine signaling going.
