The first thing that I always think about is that they can really join a community of learners whether it's a virtual one or you know around their environment. surround themselves with peers that they are choosing to be friends with and be part of right not just who they're stuck with in school. Get them to ask questions about everything right so whenever and reinforce that Whenever someone says something it doesn't matter who it is it's okay to say let me think about this and let me see what I think.
