Once you're kind of in that like long-term relationship it's been a while I think it also does get easier to bring stuff up and sometimes you you kind of forget how hard it was maybe in the beginning. So I guess to combat it which is once again easier said than done to just like bring it up no matter what instead of letting it fester in your mind. "I would just keep telling myself this over and over again until at some point I hit my breaking point and I'm like okay I can't do this anymore"
