The leader lesson youre gong to give um the question. How deep do you need to know a function as a leader if you have no experience there in its mission critical? The first time i've managed something at a high level and not gone deep intentionally, and got burned hard for it,. Cause i didn't know, right? I gess on a boran rack coming, but i couldn't spot it early enough to intervene properly. And so if one of the reasons we made a lot of mistakes is i just didn't want to get bogged down.
