The roll modelling effect is obviously powerful. You've seen that girls are most more likely thano to rise into leadership rolls. But i wonder how you reconcile that with research on moral licensing, which suggests that once people have supported one woman, they can tally say, see, i'm not sexest and then they don't feel obligated to support another one. And that means there's a risk that when the first woman breaks the glass ceiling, it doesn't move people's attitudes overtime.
