Is It a Step Backwards Approach?
Some of our stats courses were taught by the Actories department. And psychological statistics in-house, which happened after that, was something of a step backwards. The biggest problem for me was that we were being taught by SPSS. I really feel that actually affected how I did it. But I mean that's one of the reasons I actually like the shift towards R because anyone can actually, anyone can use it and anyone can afford. Well there's sight license, everything now. Only university that's bigger than three dudes sitting in a mud hut gets a sight license for SPSS so everyone can have access to it. Some of the toolboxes for memory are nailed down pretty hard
