The idea of the red teaming is its basically building into the structure of the organization a sense that you need to have gad flies. I think often gadflies in the academic world are looked at pretty badly by administrators because they seem to getn awayoye, by no means is the military or d o d perfect. Yeand once you take that position, then you're basically closing the doors to the unexpected. You're bary musang. Only the expected is what can come in. An er freent screw at that point. That's tha's fascinating. And its, it's a rarity, but boy, there are some very famous cases internally to the military about that happening
