The Overarching Aim of Legal Due Diligence
Legal due diligence is designed to draw out any nasties or red flag points as you would put it all. Some clients want an in-depth review of the documents, while others are more happy to take a first pass themselves and maybe just flag anything that on first impression looks concerning for your expert opinion. The interesting thing is, is that the due digital process for a small deal can be as much or more as it is for a multi-million deal. It'd be helpful to get a view of what are the timelines and costs involved, depending on the process that you take as a buyer.
