How to Deal With Negative Commenting

I think it's so easy to become so judgmental and critical, especially with Instagram and social media and commenting. Like that's just not how it's supposed to be. If you don't have anything nice to say, like I've never commented on somebody's. So let alone thinking, I'm going to go around and try to judge and understand people. How do you handle any negative comments or trolls? Do you delete them? Nor it. Or sometimes they turn off my commenting and, you know, I don't care.
