How to Increase a Trader's Limits?

Traders can now increase their own limits without having to go through a process that is basically code review. Traders used to have to get the change approved by someone else and then manually apply it, which was kind of like a human version control system. Now there's one easy way for traders to do this: They generate a patch representing the change they wanted to make and send that to trade support people who would then apply that patch to the code base.
