Not necessarily and again i mean especially i think if they're multiporous and favorable for vaginal delivery they probably should. C-section doesn't necessarily protect against those adverse effects in fact i think that that off would still increase this to the degree that it would be unfavorable so you really have to have a really good maternal or fetal indication for or for a c-section.
