When you go through a traumatic event there's some things that are gonna happen to you most likely. Most likely you're gonna be second guessing like some of the stuff you did right. You're probably gonna have some bad dreams because you were in a bad situation. The longest I did was four days and 16 hours no food no water with two or three workouts in there. It took me about a year but since then it's just gotten progressively better and better yeah.
