Apple can decide what aps are acceptable for sale at the itune store. We might think of facebook as a commons, a place where we go to talk to our friends. But because it's owned, because it is not a commons, that happens. There are protests you can have outside harvard yard you can't have inside harvard yard. Even though we walk back and forth freely like there's no difference. Legally, there's an enormous difference.
