The Role of Psychopaths in the Workplace
Just because someone is a psychopath doesn't mean that they're evil. It means they may have very good intentions, it's just that their detrimental effects increase. They use bullying, conflict, stress, staff turnover, and absenteeism as part of their productivity. And oftentimes they hold themselves out there for social responsibility which is why they're able to be the way they are.
