Can I Compete in the Olympics?

Jeff, aged 61, just a child five, ten, 200 pounds. He's entering month five postoff if a distal bicet tendin repair. Jeff: I need to continue to strengthen the bicep. i've graduated from physical therapy doing three sets of ten bicep curls with 20 pounds. We have a question from tim who has been training for close to a decade. In the past year and a half, i've become a practising budhist. And found that far familiarizing myself with meditative states has had a significant effect on my trainnd. Most practice has helped me find my focus for hard single lifts.
