I just work well when everyone gets along you know when everyone kind of respects each other and I a lot of the people I work with have been with me for over 20 years 15 years it's I find that really good. said actually one of the things I noted down about something you said about your career is I don't thrive on drama or tension or fear I don'tYeah no I don't find that challenging I find it really boring, he says.
