Product managers have a product intuition that something like this exists, there is a use case and it needs to be built right. And then that customer queue sort of becomes a validation to it. You just do the need for you do the discovery as always but also engage your GTM teams, your regional sales leads to gather leads and reach out to folks. Once you have that data, right, it becomes very easy to make a strong case to your stakeholders to your point.
