FTX and Alameda Research - Is That a Good Idea?

FTX and Alameda research invested 11.5 million dollars into a very small bank in southeastern Washington state. The person who owns Moonstone Bank is Jean Chalapet who is a French Bahamian citizen. It's troubling to me that the Federal Reserve was like, yeah, it seems fine. Seems like a fine cat.
