The New Republic Piece Was Never Newsworthy Whatsoever

It sounds to me like the new republic piece, which was attempted to kind of break this news, was never news to begin with. It actually sounds sort of like journalistic malpractice that there's nothing newsworthy whatsoever because it comes in the day after it's filed. You have the preemptive already situation that's, as you said earlier, staple of civil rights litigation. And all of that suggests to me that the journalist didn't care to consider the facts.
