The Swing Vote: Locks Charles Whitaker
Whitaker grew up in a small town in Kansas called Troy. He attended kind of a one-room schoolhouse. Worked on the farm, but he determined that was not the life for him. On the side, he would hunt squirrels, possum, raccoons and gunks. His son says his dad quickly discovered that law at the Supreme Court is never clean cut.
