Avonassal Sriraj, True Zikr Is That Which You Forget Your Zikir?

The book traces the destruction of a Sufi tikkiyu, which is sort of like a meeting place on a go to surround around a grave. It was done ostensibly as part of a beautification of a neighborhood in Iran. The reason, the official reason given was this, this was destroyed not because of people were using it and things but because there's part of a revitalization of this kind of no crappola site that it's a part of. And so I'm really just struck by the multiple dimensions in which you're processing kind of unknowing memory, both for political reasons and surviving a context where maybe state politics are a little bit complicated.
