Property values for all of these huge buildings that cost so much money are starting to plummet. The only way you know that they're plummeting is if there are sales, right? Commercial sales in the United States are roughly half of what they have been recently. It just means that nobody knows really how much anything costs and that's happening at the same exact time that the Federal Reserve is increasing interest rates.
