The Community Reinvestment Act, Country White Financial

The Community Reinvestment Act is important, but I don't think it's as important as a lot of people attribute it. America should have never gone to war in Vietnam. The countrywide fiasco had more to do with the ridiculously low interest rates and the fact that the government was encouraging more and more people to own homes.
