Neely should have been in some kind of a mental health facility away from the public. He did not punch people 40 times in a row, or at all. I think that the restraint that some people who have demonstrated an inability to show restraint, self-restraint, because of their mental health issues, should be in mental health facilities. But we have to as a community to decide that we're actually going to fund it and not just use that as a talk point when something like this happens.
