Are You a Trama Informed Pastor?

Carmon: There's a really important move going on in the church to day. All of you, um to be more trama informed in how we talk about things. And and what mean by that is to recognize that a significant percentage of people in the pews or in your class rooms have been victims of trama. Because of that, they are going to hear things through a certain lens. They need your help in a, in framing things such a way that they're not going to hear you give blame where it doesn't belong," Carmon says.
