When I'm on a Trial, I'd Just Take Two Days Off
When i was doing trials more and ad a big trial, i would always take two days off as soon as everything was done. It helped me come back and fell energized to suppose o sittyn in the office for two days doing nothing. That actually kind of ties back to a related point pertaining to the travel discussion that we had. I heard somebody at one point say that whenever they traveled, they would block out a day before and a day after for recovery. And i think this is a great dea, because that same situation happens to me when i fly.
