Is Inflation Really Real?

Inflation is an interesting topic because we have not seen it in so long, and a generation has grown up without being a consideration. The first thing to think about inflation is that it might not matter at all. Then you add on this idea that it can, because it can happen unevenly for people or for types of expenditures. And then finally, the real concern is, somehow it takes on a life of its own.
