Steve was in the first, that was a wilderness area before they had wilderness areas. El Doliopold advocated for it. The Hila didn't even have the right to be called a wilderness. And then later when they passed the Wilderness Act, they rolled the Hila into it. So we were doing a thing about the Hila and the way fire shapes the landscape. It's like always a real treat to go see something like even the first one that stretch up in BC. I don't know if we capture it to the level that we're experiencing it," he says of his work on the show.
