Can Visa Hold Mingeek Liable for Child Pornography?
Mingeek responded by removing over ten million verified videos from its sites. Visa then went back into business with pornhub. The court said visa, it can potentially be held liable under a conspiracy count in the trafficking victims protection re authorization act. It's going to be interesting to see overtime how that claim affairs. For now, visa is on the hook, and that's a pretty darned big deal.
