The training group went from 690 to 820 nanograms per deciliter. I don't know that's a real change. And neither does anybody else. Even if that difference in testosterone is real, did it actually correlate with any improved outcome that we care about? There was an interesting study that compared training to failure versus staying far away from failure. A meta analysis found resistance training does not significantly influence basal testosterone levels.
