Nuclear War

When nuclear weapons are at play, i think the risk is pretty low. What you're doing is your figuring out ways to covertly or secretly or quietly get weapons across the border into the hands of ucranians. It's almost like an understood part of the rules of the game between major powers. There have been plenty of times in history where nuclear powers have aided forces fighting against another nuclear power without it escalating. The cuban missile crisis, by that analysis, was a low risk event.
