The Five Second Penalty for Touching the Car

Fernando Alonso was given a five second time penalty for touching the car. But he sat it and still came out fine with safety car in place. It then turns out whilst he was sitting his five second penalty, the person on the back, the person at the front, Siri or the back with the hammer, not a hammer. Luckily Mikey doesn't do the Jack so we can't blame Mikey directly, but we can. Who's going to be in trouble? You little cronies who look up to Mikey. They're the ones who are the naughty ones. I'm pretty sure because I saw something from Matt P1. He made a good point.
