Is There a Team of Traffickers?

My friend and I are female and both about 5, 3 and 110 to 115 pounds so we're kind of easy targets. Some white trash middle-aged woman was standing right outside of her car asking her to roll down her window. My friend told her she wouldn't be much help as she's not strong enough and didn't know much about cars. The woman begged her to help and said my car is just right through those trees and pointing to an area that was completely empty.
