Seneca's Drama on Hercules

Hercules has been compelled by the gods to serve a tyrant king, King Eurystheus. The reason he's doing all this is because Juno is mad at him or hates him. Seneca had some kind of idea here, some kind of agenda in including this long monologue from this goddess.
