How to Improve REM Sleep

Kathleen: I think in general, exercise, good circadian entrainment generally improves sleep across the board. She said she's doing meditation and whatnot, which you know, we've seen that play such a significant role in overall sleep. Kathleen says her sweet spot on sauna is about 3 3 p.m., then it gives my body time to cool off before dinner.
